3. Authentication for Wikimedia Contributions 

If you choose to edit or create pages on Wikimedia through Wikikamus: 
  • You will need to authenticate with Wikimedia's servers.
  • Wikimedia may provide an authentication token, which is stored locally and securely on your device to keep you logged in.
  • We do not have access to this token or your Wikimedia account details. All authentication is handled directly between you and Wikimedia.

Aplikasi Wikikamus memasuki tahap akhir sebelum publikasi

Kabar gembira bagi mereka yang suka menyunting Wikikamus di dalam perjalanan dan karena itu tidak memiliki akses ke komputer desktop. Hari ini versi beta aplikasi Wikikamus telah hadir. Apliksi Wikikamus terutama ditujukan untuk para relawan wiki di Indonesia, yang berkonsentrasi pada pengembangan Wikikamus dalam bahasa mereka. Saat ini selain English Wiktionary dan Wikikamus Bahasa Indonesia, semua Wikikamus bahasa daerah sudah ikut (9 kamus): Betawi, Banjar, Batak Mandailing, Gorontalo, Jawa, Madura, Melayu, Minangkabau, Nias dan Sunda . Ini masih versi beta, masih membutuhkan banyak test sebelum dipublikasikan. Untuk pertama ini hanya fungsi dasar yang berjalan. Fitur-fitur baru akan diintegrasikan di versi-versi berikutnya.
